Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
1. What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy explains how The God Study LLC ("we," "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information through this affiliate program website, the affiliate application, and the operation of The God Study Affiliate Program. Your use of The God Study app itself is governed by the policies published at https://www.thegodstudy.ai and within the app.
2. Information We Collect
- Information you give us when you apply: your name, email address, where you share, links to your pages or channels, a description of your audience, and any other answers you provide.
- Information from Affiliates: payment details, tax forms and tax identification numbers, mailing address, and messages you send us.
- Referral activity: clicks on referral links, sign ups and subscriptions attributed to you, and related dates and amounts.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the site that referred you, and similar data collected automatically by our hosting, analytics and tracking providers, including through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to process applications, approve Affiliates automatically and communicate with applicants; operate the Program, including tracking referrals and calculating and paying commissions; meet tax, accounting and legal obligations; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; enforce our agreements; secure and improve this website and the Program; and send Program updates. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
4. How We Share Information
We share personal information only as needed with service providers that work for us, such as our email platform (which collects and stores applications), website hosting, analytics, referral tracking, payment and payout providers, and our accountants and legal advisers; with authorities when the law requires or to protect our rights, users or the public; and with a buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.
5. Cookies and Tracking
This website and our referral tracking may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, measure visits, and credit Affiliates for referrals. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though referral credit may not work without them. Where the law requires, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid request to opt out.
6. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Application information that is no longer needed to operate the Program is generally deleted within 24 months. Tax and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require, which is generally up to seven years.
7. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by the law of your state.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Wherever you live in the United States, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy in a portable format;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions such as tax recordkeeping;
- stop sending you marketing communications.
To make a request, contact the email address listed here: support@thegodstudy.ai. We verify requests by matching information you provide with what we hold, and we respond within 45 days, which we may extend once by 45 more days when reasonably necessary, with notice to you. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of the agent's authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision within 60 days. We will respond to your appeal within the time your state's law requires. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact your state attorney general.
