They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. AI generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for your own decisions.
4. No Earnings Guarantee
Commission rates and the $10 illustration on this website show how commissions are calculated. They are not a promise or prediction of what you will earn. Earnings depend on many factors outside our control, and there is no typical or guaranteed amount. You may earn nothing.

11. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact the email address listed here: support@thegodstudy.ai and try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which may be held by video or written submissions. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not in any class, collective or representative proceeding. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek an injunction in court to protect its intellectual property. You may opt out of arbitration by notifying the email address listed here: support@thegodstudy.ai within 30 days of first using this website. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, this section does not apply to that claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 11. Any claim not subject to arbitration must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia. Nothing in these Terms takes away any consumer protection right that the law of your state gives you and does not allow to be waived by contract.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use this website after an update means you accept it.
14. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and, for Affiliates, the Affiliate Program Agreement are the entire agreement between you and us about this website.
